At Kidz OTC, Belinda Yeoh is our General Manager, bringing over 20 years of experience in office administration, event management, and team leadership. Belinda plays a crucial role in guiding our administrative and financial teams, ensuring that our center’s operations run smoothly and with care.
In her role, Belinda works closely with both the Administration Director and Clinical Director to foster continuous improvement and uphold our center’s high standards. She helps develop and implement strategies that reflect our core values, focusing on holistic client inclusion and child-centered care. Belinda’s contributions are essential in creating a nurturing environment that honors each individual’s uniqueness and supports their growth.
Belinda is dedicated to supporting our therapists and counselors, making sure they have the resources they need to provide exceptional care. She also manages important business relationships and looks for ways to enhance our services and broaden our impact. Her commitment to fostering a healthy, safe, and positive environment aligns perfectly with our values of respect, inclusivity, and community support.
Beyond her managerial role, Belinda has pursued additional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Choice Theory & Reality Therapy (CRT). These qualifications enhance her approach to leadership and client care. She also serves as our Data Protection Officer, ensuring the highest standards of data security and privacy. Belinda’s extensive experience and dedication are key to advancing Kidz OTC’s mission of providing comprehensive, inclusive support and exceptional care for our clients.
