Topic 3: Managing Impressions – How You Show Up Matters
In this eye-opening session, teens will explore how their words, actions, and even body language shape the way others see them—and how that, in turn, can affect their confidence and opportunities. They will learn how to present themselves with intention, understand social cues, and recognise the impact of first impressions.
By building self-awareness and social insight, participants gain the tools to navigate friendships, school, and new situations with greater confidence and authenticity.
