Through focused sessions on Managing Time, Managing Goals, and Managing Impressions, participants learn to take ownership of their daily habits and decision-making.
By developing practical strategies to manage their time, set meaningful goals, and understand how their behaviours affect others, teens gain the tools to make intentional choices. These skills work together to build self-awareness, confidence, and the ability to navigate school and life with purpose and direction.
