Subsidized Assessments
At KidzOTC, we specialize in supporting children with learning challenges through occupational therapy tailored to their individual needs. We understand that every child is unique, and we are committed to providing personalized therapy that addresses their specific learning hurdles, whether they involve focus, coordination, or sensory processing.
To help your child unlock their full potential, we are excited to offer a limited-time subsidy for new sign-ups to our Assessment & Consultation Package during weekday morning sessions (available from 9am to 11am). This package is designed to assess your child’s needs and provide targeted strategies to overcome obstacles, build confidence, and improve their learning experience.
The subsidized package includes:
- 1 Initial Assessment
- 4 Follow-up Consultations
This package is valid for 6 months from the initial assessment date, ensuring ongoing support and progress.
For children over 4 years old:
- Standard 2-hour Assessment with Report at Subsidized Rate: $432.95 (originally $509.35)
- 4 x Treatment Sessions (1 hour each) at Subsidized Rate: $658.08 (originally $774.20)
- Total Subsidized Package: $1,091.03 (originally $1,283.55)
For children 4 years and below:
- Standard 1-hour Assessment with Report at Subsidized Rate: $303.03 (originally $356.50)
- 4 x Treatment Sessions (1 hour each) at Subsidized Rate: $658.08 (originally $774.20)
- Total Subsidized Package: $961.11 (originally $1,130.70)
The reason for offering 4 treatment sessions is that this period allows our therapists to assess your child’s progress and tailor their approach accordingly. After completing the initial 4 sessions, the therapist will conduct a review and recommend the most appropriate next steps—whether it’s transitioning to group sessions or continuing with individual therapy, based on your child’s specific needs and progress.
Our Assessments and Consultations are specifically designed to provide valuable insights into your child’s learning needs. We work closely with you to create practical strategies that build confidence, improve focus, and foster academic success. Our holistic approach ensures that each child receives the support they need to thrive, tailored to their strengths and challenges.
Please note that appointments can only be scheduled during weekday morning sessions, from 9am to 11am, for our Occupational Therapists.
