Yen Wong is a highly skilled educational therapist who has been an integral part of the KIDZ team since 2009. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and is certified in COGMED Working Memory Training®️ and the Interactive Metronome Program. Through these certifications, Yen has effectively supported children in boosting their cognitive abilities and overall performance.
Her expertise extends to working with children who have diverse learning differences, such as Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), developmental delays, and various speech and language challenges. Yen’s client base is broad, ranging from preschoolers to college students. She is dedicated to enhancing their behavior, attention, self-management, and learning skills. Yen works closely with each child’s advocates—such as parents and teachers—to ensure a collaborative approach that addresses their unique needs.
Beyond her role as an educational therapist, Yen is also an accomplished Chinese language teacher. Her teaching experience spans both mainstream and international schools, where she has successfully engaged students by making learning enjoyable and motivating.
